Another little experiment I'm doing is substituting Almond milk for regular milk in everything. Baking, eating, coffee.
After doing a night of research (read as googling milk vs almond milk). Almond milk is not only lower in calories than regular cows milk but it is higher in vitamins and may help in reducing our bad cholesterol (which according to my doctors I need to do).
