The reason why

I'm doing this because I don't like cooking, keep awful records of what I eat and need to budget my food bills better. So I will try this to see if it helps me track everything better.

I'll post the recipes I use, link to online ones I find. Make notes as I do them. Plan out my meals for myself and my son. 

I'll add friends to post as well so that we can all share our information, try different recipes. 

Kim's Goals for this blogging experiment

- eat healthier
- budget better
- two vegetarian recipes per week
- one new untried recipe per week
- hoping this will help me have more enthusiasm towards cooking, while expanding my cooking repertoire.
