Marnie's Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Marnie's Sour Cream Noodle Bake (picture to come)

8 oz medium egg noodles (uncooked)
1 lb ground beef
8 oz spaghetti sauce (just plain any brand)
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp Worcester sauce
dash Tabasco or Franks Redhot
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

cook noodles and drain
brown beef then add spaghetti sauce, garlic salt, salt, pepper, Worcester sauce and Tabasco
in separate bowl fold together noodles, sour cream and onion
Put 1/3 of noodle mix into casserole dish
Layer meat mixture and noodle mixture
Top with shredded cheese

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
